Anthony Nissen - Chairman
Anthony, Chairman of the board, has a degree in Engineering from Durham University. He lived in Hong Kong in the late 1970ʼs delivering banking services to the growing industrial groups of Asia and later as a director of corporate finance at JO Hambro. He has been and is a director and chairman of a number of private companies in software, engineering and other sectors.
David Yeo - CEO & Founder
David is founder and Group CEO of Innovez One. A serial entrepreneur and technologist since 2002, he is responsible for working with Innovez Oneʼs leaders to develop and execute strategies to take Innovez One successfully into markets. David leads product innovation and has successfully developed marineM software products for customers spanning cities in United Kingdom, Singapore and Indonesia. In the past David has successfully implemented scheduling systems used in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Computer Science from University of New South Wales, Australia.
Grant Ingram - EMEA CEO
Grant Ingram joined Innovez-One in 2022. Grant is the CEO responsible for EMEA and brings many years experience in managing growing businesses to the company. Having worked previously with the other operational Directors, it effectively re-establishes a successful team with a proven track record. Grant has previously run several software businesses, in particular a Portfolio, Programme and Project Management company specialising in large capital projects. Focus on the delivery of solutions for our customers is critical to both their success and ours. Good project management is key to every successful implementation.
Belle Lim - Director
Belle Lim is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business development, strategy, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and operational efficiency. She excels in problem-solving from first principles and has a proven track record of scaling businesses from early stages to market leadership. She currently heads Portfolio and Ecosystem efforts at Motion Ventures, a global venture capital fund investing in startups enabling more resilient and sustainable maritime supply chains. The fund is backed by major corporations such as Mitsui OSK Lines, Kpler, Wilhelmsen, Lloyd's Register, HHLA, and more.
Haymon Sinapius - Director
My passion is to create new business opportunities and to lead them to success! Throughout my career I experienced the different sides to building businesses and projects: currently I am managing a corporate VC firm, previously I have founded two companies in East Africa, developed projects within a larger organisation, and I am mentoring startups to keep focussed in their growth phases. The similarity in all my projects is that the success rate depends on the people you work with – I have lived and worked on three continents during the last 15 years, and have encountered many very different teams and individuals therein.
