Our journey follows those connections. Through marineM, we have steadily brought more of the operation into view, building towards the intelligence and coordination our vision demands.
We began with our first maritime tug operations platform, bringing planning and dispatch into a shared digital environment. It was a focused starting point: help the people coordinating tugs see the work ahead and keep assisted vessel movements aligned.

Explore TugCommandThe next step was to connect more of the port call. We expanded the platform with Port Management Information System functionalities, covering vessel order booking and billing automation. Information could now support a wider journey, from a service request through to its commercial completion.

Explore marineM PMISA vessel movement depends on more than one resource. With the launch of Marine Services Planner, we brought pilots, tugs and pilot boats into coordinated planning. The focus broadened from individual assignments to the relationships between them, helping teams organise nautical services around the same vessel movement.

Connecting berth planning with marine services planning brings two closely related decisions together: the space a vessel needs and the resources that help it arrive and depart.

Anthony brings experience in corporate finance and board leadership across software, engineering and other sectors. An engineering graduate of Durham University, he previously worked in banking in Asia and corporate finance at JO Hambro.

David leads Innovez One’s strategy and product innovation. An entrepreneur and technologist since 2002, he has delivered marineM and scheduling solutions across international markets. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of New South Wales.

Grant joined in 2022, bringing experience leading software businesses and delivering complex projects. He leads EMEA operations, with a focus on customer outcomes and successful implementation.
