With this system, an authorized user has full visibility and control over resource scheduling, allocation and usage.

Enterprise Timetabler’s flexibility permits viewing of multiple timetables over any selected period or at a given time.  Any attempt to re-time an activity will trigger a response from the clash-proof software with an appropriate scheduling advice.

Course Planning

Scientia Enterprise Course Planner (ECP) automates course planning.   The system allows the user to describe the course, its mode of delivery, number of students, the requisite modules for degree attainment and so on.  All specific inputs and resource constraints factored into the system help to program sufficient clash-free activities to meet the demand.  The ECP Dashboard can reflect any discrepancy between actual demand for modules and what has been planned.

Facilities Booking

Web Room Booking System put room booking on the computer desktops of all staff or students. The package is designed to be used with a minimum of training and to make it easy for anyone to find and book (or  request) a suitable, free room using a web browser.  Web Room Booking (WRB) allows users to search for available rooms using a variety of parameters including dates, times,  capacity, zone and features of a room.  The system can be configured in several ways: it can be set to submit “requests” which come through to Syllabus Plus as  unscheduled activities with present time and location, or to submit “scheduled” activities directly.
