CREATING A NEW PURCHASE ORDER

Its simple! In Enterprise Jewelry Software, you can check up on your stock levels from the EJS Inventory system and select the products that need purchasing. Select the items to buy and then add them to a new Purchase Order by clicking on a purchase button.

FULLY INTEGRATED WITH EJS INVENTORY SYSTEM

As with Sales related operations, purchasing related operations such as New Purchase Order, New Shipment Arrival, Payments to Suppliers are fully integrated with the EJS Inventory System.

CREATING A NEW SHIPMENT ORDER

In Enterprise Jewelry Software, you can create shipment information based on your purchase orders made to supplier. This way, the information is seamlessly transferred to keeping tracking of incoming stocks which in turns update inventory levels information.

SUPPLIER CONTACTS DATABASE MANAGEMENT

EJS maintains your Supplier database. This includes contact details of the supplier by categories that you can create. For example, in EJS you may like to create a special category called “White Gold Premium Supplier”, which may be different from yet another category “White Gold Supplier”.

PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

You can manage payment details such as payment status via EJS. Check up your outstanding payment owing to supplier, or run checks on past payment history that you made.
