Innovez One’s team has recently revamped the modules found in the Enterprise Jewelry Software.  The new-look software sports 30% more features compared to its previous version.  THL is especially pleased with  the Advanced Search capability.

The flexible search engine proves to be an indispensable tool.   The time taken to retrieve inventory records – by matching more than ten different criteria or simply by entering a single keyword – is slashed drastically in comparison with the old method.   Retrieval of records from among thousands of products in the system, using the new software, not only saves time.  It removes the old chore of gathering records as well.

The Innovez One team has also worked closely with the jeweller veteran in defining other new features  for incorporation into the latest version of the jewelery software.   Packed with Intranet- and Internet-enabled capabilities, it is probably the best jewellery software system in the market.

Advago invested in a Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) mobile sales system, possibly the first in Singapore for the jewelry industry.  Now, all Advago products come with a computer chip or RFID tag – a device that helps to track its products and sales. The RFID eliminates inefficiency in processes (such as manual counting) and reduces manpower. Moreover, the data collected can be used to analyze customer needs, which in turn determine the company’s sourcing pattern and quantity, and inventory management. And the company’s new PDA mobile sales system has effected  transactions paperless, swift and error-free.

Moving on, Mr Chong revealed his plans to combine the existing computer and account system into a single financial management system.   He added, “I place a lot of emphasis on cash flow and financial management.  And I need to forecast when and what to buy, learn how to use money and where to invest.”
