ENTERPRISE suite’s Grid Report Designer (GRD) displays institution timetables in special grid style layouts.   A typical timetable’s presentation can be, for instance, times by days or vice versa.

Notable features integrated in this software comprises:

• Customized headers, footers and cells contents.
• Text format defined by users.
• Graphics display option.
• Preview of WYSIWYG* print copy via PDF output.

A typical report includes headers and footers for each report, object and page.   Each header carries graphics such as the school’s logo, motto, etc; and text entries and ERD data.

The layout incorporates flexibility so that details of each timetable activity can be defined by the user.   For instance, a definition can be:

• in the number of rows of information shown, and
• showing selected items of ERD data at justified points on the left, centre or right.

The designer can choose to format the text of each data item.   Ample leeway is given to make colour, size and style changes; or to opt for:

• alignment and wrapping
• inclusion of graphics.
• background shading of cells and label boxes.
