A cost-effective information tool, the Enterprise Report Libraries (ERL) system, organises several relevant reports in a structured format accessible on a browser.
Access to the structured information, however, is managed by data captured in Enterprise Authorisation Manager (EAM). Therefore, the reports that a person can run or read are restricted by EAM. Another application, the Enterprise Report Manager (ERM), applies the regulations governing authorisation; and then sends the data to the person’s browser.
A Report Library holds thousands of Reports. An institution usually requests only the report subset which carries information needed in a specific format.

User feedback and requirements dictate the creation of new Libraries and extension of existing Reports in each Library.
ERL presents the requested information in one of several format options: browser text, pdf, Excel datafile and RTF.
